Fitness Programs

Yoga, Pilates and Gut & Butt Classes offered in partnership with Velociti Fitness League

Power Yoga, Pilates Mat Work or Gut & Butt

Select 1, 2 or 3 classes per week and any combination of Power Yoga, Pilates Mat Work or Gut & Butt based on the available schedule. Pre-registration for specific class days/times required and must be maintained for the full 6-week session.

Power Yoga

This class is a flowing sequence of yoga postures linked together by breath. The class builds grace, poise, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. This class is appropriate for most fitness levels and fun! As in all classes, we offer modifications for each pose allowing each student to work at their own level of their practice.

Pilates Mat Work

A series of non-impact yet challenging movements which increase “core” strength and flexibility. This all-level class designed for beginner to intermediate levels focuses on improving alignment, balance, coordination and tone.

Gut and Butt

A 60-minute blend of core strengthening and toning with additional emphasis on hips, thighs and buns.

Thai Massage

A harmonizing experience of stretching, massage strokes and yoga-like movements that energize the body and increase flexibility and range of motion. Performed by a licensed massage therapist on a padded mat, you'll be moved into classic, beautiful yoga-like poses. The nurturing touch of human contact contributes to the relaxation and healing effect.
